Sunny silhouette

Dw i'n hoffi'r ffordd bod llawer o eiriau Cymraeg yn defnyddio dau (neu mwy) gair bach i wneud  yr ystyr. Yn ôl y geiriadur, 'silhouette' ydy 'cysgodlun' yn Gymraeg.  Mae e'n gwneud gyda 'cysgod' a 'llun'.

I like the way that many Welsh words use two (or more) little words to make the meaning. According to the dictionary, a silhouette is 'cysgodlun' in Welsh. It's made with 'cysgod' ('shadow') and 'llun' ('image'). So 'silhouette' is 'shadow-image'.
