Traffic

Luckily I don't have to drive in rush hour very often, but today I sat in traffic to get to a different school for a training course, sat in traffic on the way home, and then again taking Joe to swimming at Crystal Palace.
Couldn't do it every day.

Anyway, course was good, and finished the day with another mammoth swim session- 2km in 50mins, lots of 'fly and medleys. Aching already.
