Chicago's Oak Street Beach

Hogan likes winter, because Chicago police don't terrorize dogs (or people walking dogs) who want to walk on the beach.

Fun fact: it is illegal in Chicago to enter Lake Michigan during winter...regardless of temperature or whether a kayaker is properly outfitted for the conditions.
