My keeper

I wear glasses.  Well I wear glasses most of the time.  I need to replace them as they are not now appropriate for my sight.  This means that I take them off and put them down.  As they are rimless they are hard to see. I panic if I can't find them.

So now I have this owl to look after them for me.  In fact I have two.  This one that lives in the study and one in the kitchen.  So providing I put my glasses on them I can find them.

I've worked from home today as I had a dental appointment.  I'm now on penicillin so hopefully the pain will go away.

PS It didn't snow today.  It just rained instead.  It was very dismal
