Projecting a good image

As part of the ongoing celebrations for C's birthday on Monday, we went to the cinema this evening. It must be 10 years since we went to a REAL cinema - we generally go to the monthly film club at our local village hall.
What a fabulous experience! They renovated a cinema in Evesham a few years ago - in fact the opening night was 3 years ago tonight. Beautiful art deco building inside now, with tables and comfy chairs downstairs or "love seats" upstairs. You can order food and drink beforehand or send a text message and it gets delivered directly to you.
Now to you city dwellers this may be old hat, but to us country mice it was amazing. Even the loos were the height of luxury, and it was a toss up whether my blip would be of the ladies loo or this projector.
Oh yes - the film that we saw was "The Theory of Everything" which we thoroughly enjoyed. And if Eddie Redmayne doesn't win an Oscar I'll eat my hat. And before you ask - we had a love seat too. It was his birthday!
