City Quay

After Craft Club I went down town for a physio appointment. As they are at City Quay I took my camera hoping for a photo and when I came out the sun was just beginning to set. It wasn't quite so cold today and there was virtually no wind.
The physio gave me some more exercises and some ultrasound treatment, there was some improvement with the first lot of exercises so hope these finally sort the niggles.
