Motivation

Luke remains motivated to build his muscle mass.
He rang me on Monday from Gosford to say he had left the most important thing of all behind. My thoughts immediately jumped to wallet, drivers licence... But no, "my gym key" was the most important thing. Mailed it to him the next day but he's had a couple of days gym free.
