Club day!!! ...... .?

Today was my club day, heard there was a 7 mile delay on the M25, so knew my treatment would be late, so I went to book tickets for the cinima tomorrow, as I knew we would be on a tight time schedule and wanted to avoid cues for tickets?? I the proceeded to the club only to find the pool was sooo cold, and I don't mine cold water, so I mean it WAS cold. I did a short exercise programme and a short swim then got out!! As you can see in the blip one person found another way to make use of the time, as she also found it very cold. It really doesn't do my limbs much good if I stay in cold wart too long!!! That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it??
