Anyhow, that aside, with Mrs S in London and me with a series of meetings in Embra it was probably predictable that at least one kid would be ill. Ruby spectacularly so although she rallied after breakfast and went to school. Eve couldn't be persuaded so she spent the day in bed and I spent the day in meetings constantly checking my phone.
