Not a Mosque!!

Lovely day, cold but as you can see, sunny. So I went of to collect some rays! This is the last of 5 blocks of the new Trade School. The slab is in, they have spread a sand mix over it and now the Hard Foam Insulation, then I suppose a screed covering, have to visit again to see what they do ! What is the difference between "Curious" and "Nosy" ??
