not enough cooks. perhaps too much focus on booking and not enough on cooking lead to the demise of this establishment. it's business 101, isn't it? the book to cook ratio should be at least 1:1 for success. i kinda like the sign. if ever they tear this place down i'll be sure to grab it from the scrap pile.
