Monday, January 19, 2015 Farmers Market

Today we stopped into the Farmers Market in Baywood Park/Los Osos to purchase fruit, veggies, fresh baked bread, and homemade soup. We arrived at 1:30, but it started at 2:00. So we had a few moments to walk the length of the displays to see what was available. When we finished, I had purchased 1 red onion, 3 avocados, 4 Meyers lemons, a 3-pack of strawberries, a head of celery, 2 loaves of bread, and two large jars of soup. There were a few other things I wanted to get, but chefs from the local restaurants were quickly loading up their carts, so I missed out.

Afterward we stopped at the Shine Health Food Store to purchase a few things while we were in Morro Bay, and we stopped next door in the Shine Cafe to have quick cup of their red lentel bean soup.

Then we made a fast stop at home to put the groceries away, and we were soon on our way to walk the beach with the pups.
