The titmice were hogging the feeder and making it difficult for the Chick-a-dees to get a turn.  This one managed to get a turn!  This Dove is waiting for seed to be spilled so he can eat it off the ground.

I thought I would check out our city's Halyburton Park as a place to walk as it boasts that it is a nature preserve.  I walked the 1.3 mile paved loop and tried one of the 'trails'.  I saw no squirrels, and only 1 bird!  I see more wildlife in my own backyard.  I was disappointed and wonder if the controlled burn they did last year is partly responsible.
