The joy of a constant water leak is that when it gets sub-zero one gets lovely icicles to look at. The downside is that it reminds you of the seventy billion times you've asked some fucker to sort it.
Gladly, the perpetrator (a cooling tower) is due to be retired imminently. Or so I'm told...
