Jack Frost nipping at your nose!

A very cold & frosty morning here in Warwickshire today. A speedy school run, a brisk (or as brisk as she'll allow) dog walk followed by a very chilly run with my friend Chrissie. It's fair to say if she wasn't so enthusiastic then I could have happily stayed home in the warm. I'm glad that I went though. The ground was frosted well so the feild wasn't boggy like it has been.

We're off to purchase a bicycle helmet now as I finally found my Christmas present from mum lurking on Gumtree and am now the proud owner of a bike. I may also need to purchase some knee pads, elbow pads and padded gloves. I didnt do bikes as a kid. Wish me luck!
