One Love
That's what I felt just looking at them this morning!
I feel better and meditation (whenever I can meditate throughout the day & every day) definitively works for me and improves my mood swings. Plus I started jogging and swimming again on alternate days and making sure I'm popping natural serotonin tablets 5HTP (instead of prescribed antidepressants) + vit D and Magnesium and take healthy and balanced eating properly. I'll get better in no time if I just stick to these rules and motivate myself every day :)
