Predator?

Today the sparrows were extremely agitated at the sight of this girl. One feisty fellow even tried swooping her- an action I have only seen from much larger magpies. They are not usually so upset at her presence, which made me wonder if they had new babies in a nest, or if she has recently committed a crime.

I was agitated myself today on reading about animal cruelty in the local area. What's wrong with people? Makes me mad...
