Moving tenants

With the new apartment ready for our tenants, and knowing that they really had few people to call on to move their stuff, we stepped in and lent a hand.

So put the trailer on the Ranger and went over. Lo'n'behold, managed to get all their stuff loaded and done in one trip. I know someone on Friday from their church had moved some stuff.

Not sure the Ranger was impressed though.

With the tenant moved to the tri-plex we now have two tenants on Section 8 there (council housing) and the third has been there for 20 years and pays his rent on first of the month. So, it's pretty much a self guided financial tool now. Time to move on to other houses that need completing.
