Mono Monday 51 - Middle

I took many photos today, trying to find something to fit today's challenging theme.  In the end I've chosen the second one that I took, standing in the middle of the path leading to a conservation centre across the road from our house.

The Middle Path (or Way)  is a Buddhist term which put  simply,  implies a balanced approach to life and the regulation of one's impulses and behaviour, close to Aristotle's idea of the "golden mean" whereby "every virtue is a mean between two extremes, each of which is a vice."
This is a view which many in the world today would do well to heed.
