Icy danger

This is a steep path with a lot of water run off from the park above . Usually the stream isn't an issue but these last days even the dog is making Scooby Doo impersonations.
Not a grit bin in sight but I have contacted the council twice so far to get it sorted - hopefully before someone has an injury .
