Spent the morning editing a new video for work, neqrly done, just a few tweaks left to sort out tomorrow!

Lunch with the girls, that was super lovely.. & rather yummy!!

Then dragged myself out for a run this afternoon, really didnt want to, it was could & yuck outside, but knew i probibky shoud!
I got my kit on & got out there, ran a solid 2 miles for the first time in years & felt amazing for it!!

At the end of december i could barely run 1/2 a mile, so im really proud of myself for sticking at it & persevering, no matter how toigh & uninviting it seems at times!
