Playing with colour and marks

A fragment from a mono-print produced on Sunday afternoon.  I've done several more this afternoon but not photographed them yet.  I'm interested in trying to convey the atmosphere/ sense of place of Venice/ Murano in an abstract way so at the moment I'm still playing with ideas and marks.  I began the exploration before Christmas and I've just begun to work my way back into it again.
