New Year's Resolution
Was to adopt some better eating habits.
So for breakfast, I've decided to drop two slices of thick white Warburtons toast with a healthy (not!) dollup of Lurpak and have a couple of spoons of low fat natural yoghurt with a handful of blueberries and a sprinkling of grape nuts.
Funny thing is, it's even more tasty than the toast, more filling and a whole lot healthier.
Triple whammy!
