I thoguht it would be easy to find a stinging nettle, they grow in great proliferation on the waste ground behind my house. Or at least, they grow in great proliferation in the summer, but I've not often been out there at this time of the year. To my surpsrise it's only the brambles that grow there at this time of year, mostly...

After much looking, and desperate thinking of what else stings, I finally found a small group of netttles, just by my back gate. *Phew*.
