A time to remember

Today I was privileged to be able to go with my uncle and the family to New Plymouth, where we went on a boat to scatter his mum's ashes, they asked me to come along to take some photos. I was fine on the boat until we stopped, and then I started to feel a little sea-sick, but came right again once had a little ginger beer when we were back on land. We made a whole day of the trip and had lunch at the Brooklyn zoo, looked round at the animals, and then off to the pools for a swim, on the way back we stopped for an ice cream at the beach. Think we were all starting to feel tired by this stage and looking forward to getting home again. But it sure was a good day and we were really blessed with great weather for the trip on the boat.
