Framed

Quite a few light Blips this week! This one was taken in China Town. I'd just been swimming and chose not to jump out the pool earlier to catch the 19:48. 10 minutes of extra swimming means that I've got to wait nearly an hour for the next train. When im in the mood, that offers the opportunity to take some pics.

It was an uneventful day. I stayed in bed for ages, watched the Musketeers which i love and then did a horrible session on my bike turbo trainer! It was too cold n slippery to go a bike ride on the road!

Best bit of the day was that Rosemary won the Bowhill Duathlon up in the borders! Yipee!
