Kickin' The Habbit
Always preferred the lighter side of the Force (milk chocolate) to the Darker side. But Mrs Tuttle & I discovered today that dark chocolate has considerably less fat that milk chocolate. Percentage-wise that is, of course. Could we find ourselves venturing into the Dark side of the Force with our 2015 diet plans? Perhaps not.
Diet Trivia: "Full fat" milk is a "low fat food" as it only contains 5% fat!
