Tram Tracks

There's going to be a new tram that will run around the boulevard.
New tracks have been laid and now go about half way around the boulevard.
Apparently the new tram will be powered by a hydrogen fuel cell and will emit nothing but water vapour as glides almost silently along the tracks.
Pity it will be drowned out by the three lanes of traffic surrounding it on each side belching cheap petrol fumes!
