17 January 2015 - Garden Companion

Lovely quiet day where I got lots done.  Started off with Bodyfit up the hill at the University, still really hard but always satisfying to walk back down afterwards feeling tired, exhausted and alive.  

Spent a couple of hours in the garden trying to organise the big pile of sticks/twigs/branches that are still lying around in my garden after a couple of trees were cut down last year.  I was kept company by Radio Five Live and some lovely birds, who became the inspiration for my picture today.  It was soooo cold so once I lost the feeling in my legs I decided it was time to retreat into the house. 

Spent the rest of the day lounging in the house, watched a bunch of movies including Pacific Rim, Magic Mike and The Muppet Movie (with a Sheldon Cooper cameo!).  Quite an eclectic mix but all enjoyable in their own way. 

Enjoyable winter day spent in my own company.
