Hamra Street

The part of Beirut I know best - Hamra with its main artery - Hamra Street - and side streets packed with bars and restaurants. We had a huge lunch to thank the team for all their amazing work: fatah (my favourite), houmous with lamb, fattoush, tabbouleh, moutabal, halloumi….. 

 In the evening I met up with old friends in a lively bar for a final night in this whistle-stop trip. Home tomorrow.
