A sunny day at Lower Halsdon Farm

A gloriously sunny but very cold day which we spent at Lower Halsdon Farm a National Trust property in Exmouth that was open today for a bird watching trip.  Although we saw many birds including Curlews, Buzzard, Long tailed Tit, Oystercatchers, Redshanks and Dunlin all were too far away to photograph.  I was instead struck by the rich blue of the sky, the white clouds and the trees on a slope behind where we were standing.
