Prince Charles?

We were watching the news tonight and came across this man. Mummy asked "so is that Prince Charles?" After a lot of hysterics we re-watched the moment this man came on screen and googled 'Prince Charles'. Mummy, still sure it was him because of his ears, took a long time but was eventually persuaded that it truly wasn't him.
