Sourdough Bread

Well I tried, The raised dough went flat like flatbread, so I put it into a tin.
Looks good, but does not taste good, so the birds are having a feed until it's gone. Do I try again & waste it? Well I know it's not a waste if the birds eat it, but the whole idea is that we eat it. LOL!
