SFA Gathering 17/365

Logan was excited to be back to football today. We dropped him at the bus at 9.40 and headed down to Ravenscraig, after dropping Graham at Union Square to catch his train to Glasgow.

We stopped for breakfast at Brechin Castle Centre and bought some bird food before we left to feed the ducks. The pond was completely frozen and the poor ducks had to ice-skate over to get their food.

The Ravenscraig Regional Sports Centre was really impressive. AFC played 4 games. They won 2 games, drew a game and lost their last game. Logan scored 2 goals and assisted a couple too. The boys did well with this being their first tournament back after their month break.

There were some beautiful snowy scenes on the way down but an iPhone in a moving car didn't do them justice. The hills were beautiful and we saw a few snowmen families but my blip is just of the snow at Ravenscraig.

We didn't get home until about 8pm so it was just short of a twelve hour day and poor Ringo was pleased to see us when we got home. We got home had a Chinese and put on a film.
