Lodged
The rain to the wind said,
'You push and I'll pelt.'
They so smote the garden bed
That the flowers actually knelt,
And lay lodged--though not dead.
I know how the flowers felt.
- Robert Frost
It was a rainy evening... Again. After having a couple drinks with some friends from school I realized I had neglected my blip for the day so off I went to find something. At first I was atracted to reflections of light off of the paving stones. Then I saw this hooded gentleman walking toward me in the light rain. It seemed oddly fitting of the mood. Cold. Rainy. Dark. Lonely.
