Perfect plums

Our plum tree is heavily laden with fruit this year, looking like it will be a bumper crop. The plums are very sweet and we eat as many as we can ourselves, give lots away, and then bottle as many as we can. Probably only a few more days until they are ripe.....

Went to Lyttelton market today and stocked up with lots of organic fruit and veggies. Then drove to town to go to a movie - The Imitation Game. Benedict Cumberbatch is excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the movie as a whole.
