Parade and Muster at Windsor

Today was a big day for Windsor with a parade and muster taking place at the Castle in the presence of the Queen to mark her Diamond Jubilee. All three Armed Forces marched to the Castle and through the town. This image shows them waiting to proceed into the Castle quadrangle flanked by a patriotic flag-waving crowd. This was followed at 12:26 by an 78 aircraft flypast. However the conditions were cloudy and the light very flat, so I decided on this photo for the blip as best representing the day.
