Lone Fisherman on Frozen Oyster Bay

Oyster Bay, Long Island, New York
With the bay  frozen at the edges in 15 degree temperature most
oystermen and fishermen stay home on the weekends.  But, not
this guy.  He's the only one on the bay this morning, however, I bet
he won't stay long.
