Ardverikie Walk

We had a lovely walk on the trails at Ardverikie at the west end of Loch Laggan. We saw lots of red deer low down. The tide was almost as high as it can get as Laggan Dam looked one inch short of spilling water.

This is a picture of Mrs SJR about to take her blip, which turned out lovely. She didn't know that at the time because a split second after taking the shot the cold made her battery go flat.

Very close to this spot I put my survey pole down. Don't laugh, its the prop I use for my old flash gun. Nearing the car I realised I was no longer carrying it. Guess where we are going tomorrow.
