Honey Crisp, a hybrid created at the U of M's Ag dept. Crunchy, sweet with more juice than you could ever imagine an apple having. I'm stuck inside, cranking away at the slide show, rendering chunks of the story and then assembling them. Only one week left before this thing premieres at a birthday party.
