A neighbour.

I had my walk this morning with the Man Human and Tikka as the Lady Human had one of her classes to go to. In the afternoon they went and did a bit of shopping as it was too wild for doing much else. On the way back they went and made sure Dan was ok and let him out as back up was at work. In the evening he went with her to lifeboat and had a walk along the beach.

The blip was taken first thing in the morning as she was walking Dan before work. The bizzard stays nearby and they see it a lot. Luv Ginnie Xx.
