tree, sun, beautiful day

the literary festival is still on. Anthony went all day and i came late. there were several highly interesting and important discussions by very intelligent and informed writers and editors. a joy! 

still sorting photos and making them print-ready..this is one of the things that gives me a problem: at home i have a huge, beautiful screen and here a 13" laptop screen. so i am racking my eyes a bit. but here i have more time, no garden or cooking or washing or.....etc.etc.

so i am just continuing....only ever shooting RAW, so there is more work involved.

we just had 3 days of Pongal, a beautiful festival with many interesting customs. here in the city is it more difficult for us to experience it, but over many years we always were in Ooty, and saw the painted horns of the animals, the food they were given, the people with their families...
