Twofie Selfie

I tried to take a photo worth posting that illustrates the poem below.  The poem is one of the first I wrote more than 30 years ago (can you tell by focus on self), but I believe there is still  some truth in the words at various places in our lives.  I chose this shot over the others I took, because I thought the one me looking at the other me is a better fit the poem.

AWARENESS

When you meet two people
            who are really one person
            and that person
            is beginning
            to discover himself,
Whom do you get to know?
One has been,
            the other is coming.
Choose wisely,
The real one
has something
for you.
