Perfect end to a perfect day.

After yesterday's high wind and rain, it has been a perfect day.   Cold first thing but the sun has had it's hat on all day and this was the perfect end.

We had breakfast in the Marina, and this afternoon was the Bowls Club Committee Meeting.

I made a dish for dinner which we first had when we visited a town called Padules in the Mountains.    It is baked in the oven in an earthernware dish.   It consists of fried sliced potatoes, chorizo sausage, beans and an egg broken on top.    Unfortunately the eggs yolks were not runny but it was still lovely.   Will try again.
