So lucky...

So lucky to live a short walk from somewhere that I can take images like this. Also, very relieved to get the DSLR back in my hands - as much as I love the iPhone it would never get me this image.

This was taken about 2:30pm today with the lens wide open to 17mm. I always shoot on manual these days and that's not a problem as it was the only option available when I was starting out. But the conversion to black and white and final adjustments are made in Lightroom 5 - which to me is as essential as the camera itself.
