Castle Cake

My goodness this caused me some problems, the butter was too hard, then it started to split the icing. The swiss rolls were refusing to stand up and the chocolate fingers were too heavy really (should have used chocolate matchsticks but as they are made by Nestle that was a no, no). it is not as I would have had it in my mind, but hopefully Carys will love it.

The production was complicated by the pox boy deciding to itch all night and not settling well at all, so I was up and down to him while fixing the cake. I could have fiddled some more but just ran out of oommph. Fingers crossed the towers are still standing in the morning.
