Mingling Again

Attended* the Mayor for the second time this week. Tonight was a service of dedication for the family-run Anderson Independent Funeral Directors in Ellesmere Port. Our Father Niall gave the place a blessing, we sang Here I Am Lord and concluded with a  release of two doves. It was a lovely evening, which was capped off with all piling into the Labour club for drink, nibble^ and a social chat. I bumped into a few people I hadn't seen for yonks, which was nice and had a nice chat with the Mayor towards the end about his engineering trade (and mine too).

^Our 2015 diet effort could seriously backfire if this second job of mine intensifies because despite having had my tea before driving attending the Mayor I was forced-fed by the Mayoress: sandwiches, salmon rolls and a scone! Must do more planking and running and swimming and cycling and......
