Hellfire pass

Today we visited the 'hellfire pass' a cutting for the Burma-Thailand railway where hundreds of Allied POWs and labourers died during World War Two.

The museum was excellent and the remains of the railway are well preserved and maintained. But shocking to think of the conditions these men experienced
