Sunshine and Shadows

It was a bright and sunny day when I eventually got out of Broadcasting House for a late lunch break.  I've continued to experience a range of emotions today, from almost normal to quite tetchy to very sad.  There's no way round this grief, the only option is to get through it in my own way and in my own time.


I walked along Oxford Street at lunchtime for a bit of sun and traffic fumes fresh air.  The shadows which the buildings opposite cast onto the enormous frontage of Debenhams were particularly eye-catching.
