Sausages and mash

Not exactly diet food. Good day at work, lots done. Came home and went for a run in the cold so feel pleased with myself.Quite friday night but looking forward to being sociable again, even if I won't be the bell of the ball. Sorry for all the indoor blips. Haven't managed to escape the city in a while.
